Description
We are looking for a competent and experienced Electrical Electronics Technician to join our technical team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machines, PLC systems, and electrical/electronic equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair faults on industrial machines and production equipment.
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, drives, sensors, control panels, and automation systems.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and electronic systems.
Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, and machine controls.
Support machine setup, calibration, and operational efficiency.
Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
Identify technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures.
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
Requirements
HND / BSc or Technical certification in Electrical Electronics Engineering or related fields
Proven experience working with industrial machines, PLCs, and automation systems.
Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
Good understanding of electrical control systems and industrial maintenance.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
