Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrical & ELV Project Engineer to join a dynamic construction team handling large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in Electrical and ELV systems execution, site coordination, and project management within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review shop drawings, coordinated drawings, as-built drawings, and BOQs for Electrical & ELV systems
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of Electrical and ELV systems
Coordinate Electrical & ELV works with HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, architectural, and structural teams
Review material submittals, vendor proposals, and technical documents
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with engineering standards
Manage daily site activities, manpower allocation, progress monitoring, and issue resolution
Liaise with consultants, clients, contractors, and authorities for approvals and inspections
Support project completion through documentation, reporting, and technical guidance to technicians.
Requirements
B.Tech / B.Eng in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 5 - 8 years post-qualification experience
Must have experience working on large construction projects
Strong knowledge of Electrical and ELV systems, including power, lighting, CCTV, fire alarm, BMS, access control, and structured cabling
Ability to interpret design drawings and oversee installation and assembly of systems/equipment
Experience in testing, commissioning, and project handover processes
Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of QA/QC, HSE standards, and project documentation is required.
