Responsibilities
Supervise electrical installation works on construction sites.
Review and coordinate electrical shop drawings.
Prepare material take-offs and BOQs.
Ensure installations comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
Coordinate with mechanical, architectural, and structural teams.
Supervise subcontractors and monitor work quality.
Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects.
Good knowledge of LV electrical systems, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, data, CCTV, and ELV systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (knowledge of Revit is an advantage).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience working on hotels, commercial buildings, or high-rise projects.
