About the Job
The role requires strong knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering within a cement manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently executing technical activities that require sound judgment in the evaluation, selection, application, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and standards to support safe and efficient plant operations.
What you will be doing
Co-ordinate and supervises electrical and instrumentation tasks.
Ensure availability of all electrical and instrumentation equipment for production.
Ensure Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Schedules are correctly executed.
Ensure Compliance with Health and Safety Procedures.
Follow-up with Electrical Planner on Spares for execution.
Assigns and co-ordinate work to E&I Technicians and ensure close-out of assigned tasks.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
Minimum 4 years' experience in modern integrated cement/large scale industry in the similar field.
Good knowledge of cement manufacturing process.
Medium and Low Voltage Electric Motors and their Applications.
Have critical knowledge on ABB Switch-Gears.
Have critical knowledge on 11KV/400V Power Distribution Panels and Motor Centre.
Cement Industrial Instrumentation and Controls.
Hand-On experience on ABB and Siemens Variable Frequency/Speed Drives.
Membership of relevant regulatory bodies (COREN,NSE)is an advantage.
