REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must be from Kwazulu-Natal. (proof of residence to be attached) Ward Councillor letter or Municipal Bill or Affidavit.
Applicants must be registered with a recognized Institution of Higher Learning (A letter from the institution requesting WIL must be attached).
Applicants must be unemployed and have never participated in a WIL Programme from any Government Department
