Your Mission:
Supervise all aspects of the team's Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
Ensure costÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂeffective operations by allocating resources efficiently, prioritizing work, and maximizing plant availability.
Foster and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
Implement team KPIs aligned with the departmental plan.
Provide technical support to the Electrical / Electronics / Automation maintenance functions within Central Maintenance.
Compile and deliver weekly and monthly Electrical Maintenance team reports.
Lead, guide, and supervise the Electrical Maintenance team to ensure effective performance.
Your Profile:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a heavy industry environment.
Matric plus N4 (Supervisory Management).
Relevant Trade Test qualification.
National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
HandsÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂon experience with HV/LV electrical infrastructure, including SIMOCODE and MiCOM protection systems, as well as PLC and drive logic interfaces (advantageous).
National Diploma in Pulp & Paper (advantageous).
1 - 2 years of leadership experience (advantageous).
Experience in the Pulp & Paper industry and familiarity with related equipment (advantageous).
Working knowledge of SANS 10142 (added advantage).
