We are seeking a highly skilled, safety-oriented Electrical Technician to join our production and asset maintenance teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), installation, and troubleshooting of critical electrical power systems across our upstream oil blocks, petrochemical hubs, and flow stations. You will ensure maximum plant runtime, equipment reliability, and strict compliance with global HSE and NCDMB frameworks.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate operational anomalies and equipment failures. Diagnose technical errors, write diagnostic reports, and propose structural recommendations to engineering leads.
HSE & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce uncompromising electrical safety rules (Lockout/Tagout - LOTO, ATEX zone compliance). Align daily tasks with SEEPCO\'s green carbon-reduction and resource-efficiency mandates.
Required Qualifications & Experience
OND/HND or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Technology, or a closely related technical field.

Proficient in reading and interpreting single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and P&IDs.
Deep practical understanding of industrial electrical systems (VFDs, PLCs, smart switchgears, and 3-phase power distributions).
Experience working on alternative financing infrastructure or remote Niger Delta swamp/offshore structures is an added advantage.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving agility, extreme ownership of plant asset safety, and a highly collaborative team player mindset.
