WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Plant Support


Comply with all company and plant rules; actively participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Maintain all assigned making and packaging equipment, leading and supporting electrical maintenance tasks.
Execute overhaul, repair, and maintenance activities, including tasks during planned plant shutdowns.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs to restore operations.
Serve on improvement teams as nominated to drive operational excellence.
Assist other electrical teams with emergency repairs as needed.
Provide electrical support for project work and other factory needs.
Investigate recurring or significant electrical issues and contribute to project-based solutions.
Coach and develop the electrical engineering capabilities of maintenance staff.
Act as the subject matter expert on electrical circuits, fault finding, repair, installation, and instrumentation within the factory.
Complete all other duties as assigned and make recommendations to the project team for electrical improvements.


Administration



Complete all required documentation to standard, ensuring accuracy and compliance.



SHE (Safety, Health & Environment)


Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations within the scope of responsibility.
Implement and help maintain Unilever's safety and 5S standards in designated areas.


Autonomous Maintenance (AM)



Complete AM tags in the area of responsibility, meeting the required completion ratio to support reliability and continuous improvement.



WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Experiences & Qualifications


Minimum National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
3 years' relevant experience in a maintenance environment


Skills


PLC (Siemens, Omron) programming
PC skills (SAP, Outlook, Excel, Word).
Problem solving and fault-finding skills.
Perform all work in compliance with plant lockout/tag-out procedures
Knowledge and proper use of all equipment necessary to perform the assigned job.
Good communication and willingness to share expertise and knowledge.)
