MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To present and facilitate Higher Education and Training programmes and courses to Mediclinic students and employees in order to acquire competence (incl. cognitive, psychomotor and affective skills) eas independent healthcare practitioners on completion of training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Ensure compliance to Higher Education & Training standards
Ensure compliance to American Heart Association (AHA) standards (if applicable)
Design and assess learning material and interventions
Facilitate learning process, incl. theoretical and clinical facilitation
Coordinate and administrate student-related processes
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL:
Degree in Emergency Medical Care
DESIRED:
Diploma in Education
Master's Degree
PhD in Emergency Medical Care
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL:
2-3 years' experience in field of speciality- Emergency Medical Care
1 year's experience in a training capacity
