Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Law, or a related field (Professional HR certification such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is required) with a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, and at least 5 years of experience managing employee relations matters.
