Infinite Talent Limited is a NEA-licensed (Licence No. NA/2024/05/14) recruitment and placement agency based in Nairobi, connecting employers with talent across local placements (hospitality, healthcare, construction, logistics) and international placements (Gulf countries and Europe work permits). The Role
We are looking for an HR & Recruiter to lead local employer onboarding — the Company's main revenue channel — while also growing our foreign (Gulf and Europe) employer accounts and running general HR operations. This is a three-part role: the majority of your time will go into acquiring and onboarding local employers, a smaller share into international employer accounts, and the remainder into core HR functions that keep the Company compliant and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Local Employer Onboarding (primary revenue channel)
Proactively identify, prospect, and onboard new local employer clients across hospitality, healthcare, construction, logistics, and other sectors.
Build and manage an outbound local employer pipeline from scratch using the Company's CRM.
Convert proposals into signed local employer agreements and manage the full onboarding cycle from first contact to active account.
Own and report against monthly local employer onboarding targets (see below) — this is the Company's main revenue driver, and performance here is the primary measure of success in this role.
Manage inbound Google Ads leads through to discovery calls and onboarded local accounts.
Maintain strong local employer relationships to minimize churn and drive repeat business.
Foreign Employer Onboarding (Gulf & Europe)
Identify and onboard employer partners for international placement lines (Gulf countries and Europe work permits).
Support due diligence and compliance checks on foreign employer partners before onboarding.\
Maintain relationships with existing foreign employer accounts and support pipeline growth alongside local onboarding priorities.
General HR Services
Manage candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination for onboarded employer mandates.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, employer files, and candidate documentation.
Support onboarding and compliance documentation for local and international placements.
Handle general HR processes for Infinite Talent's own team, including attendance records, HR correspondence, and policy compliance.
Ensure recruitment practices align with NEA licensing requirements and relevant labour law.
Prepare and submit recruitment and employer onboarding reports within set timelines.
Monthly Outcome Targets — Local Employer Onboarding
As the Company's main revenue channel, performance in this role is measured primarily against local employer onboarding outcomes:

This is a revenue-generating role. Performance will be measured primarily by the acquisition, onboarding, retention, and growth of paying employer accounts. High performers have significant earning potential through the company's performance-based commission and bonus structure.
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in outbound B2B sales, business development, or client onboarding — recruitment, staffing, HR-tech, or B2B services background preferred.
Experience building and managing a local employer/client pipeline in a CRM, from cold outreach to signed agreement.
Strong closing skills with a track record of converting proposals into onboarded accounts.
Working knowledge of recruitment, HR processes, or the staffing/BPO industry; exposure to Gulf or Europe labour placement processes is an advantage.
Comfortable handling general HR administration (records, compliance documentation, internal HR correspondence) alongside a sales-driven onboarding role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Based in or able to reliably commute to Nairobi; consistent, punctual attendance is essential.
