Engineering – Materials Lead III at Habrams Energy

We are seeking a highly experienced Materials Lead to manage and coordinate the flow of materials, equipment, and components across project sites, ensuring alignment with delivery schedules, project priorities, and operational requirements.


Main Functions


This role is responsible for overseeing materials management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and movement of materials across departments and sites. The Materials Lead also ensures that all records are properly maintained and supports project delivery through effective coordination and control.


Key Responsibilities


Oversee and maintain accurate records of material inventory, delivery, shipping, storage, and location status
Monitor and coordinate the movement of materials across departments and project sites
Ensure proper arrangement for repair and/or assembly of company-provided materials and equipment
Supervise material handling processes to align with project timelines and priorities
Support Project and Site Managers with materials-related requirements
Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and standards


Requirements


Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in materials management, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry
Strong knowledge of industry equipment and materials identification
Extensive experience with SAP material catalogs and search tools
Good understanding of plant operations and material usage
Knowledge of quality control systems and procedures
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and work across teams
