Mandatory Qualifications and experience:


Engineering Degree from a university preferably Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Applications implementation experience (1-3 years)
Engineering systems experience (1-3 years)
Project management experience (1-3 years)
Systems architecture experience regarded a plus (1 year)


Advantageous skills:


Interdisciplinary understanding regarding the applications landscape
Technical aptitude
Digital control systems


Technical Skills should include:


Managing complex engineering applications and projects
Project management, planning and budgeting
Understanding of databases, integration, data elements and reporting
Understanding of underground mining applications, fleet management and production systems


Your Key Performance Activities will include but not limited to:


Manage data flow, data quality, reports, integration and system improvements
Build and maintain dashboards
Regularly visit Ivanhoe operations
Coordinate engineering application projects and services
Project manage the implementation of new technologies
Monitor 3rd party services and manage contracts
Monitor supporting technologies
Report to operational management on projects
Assist in the control room design, implementation and operation
Train, guide and manage the Group Applications internships and vacation students
Readiness to manage internal engineering & data roles if approved in the future
Negotiate with engineering system suppliers for appropriate specialist personnel, services & application licenses
Manage system-based roles related to projects, in particular Engineering, C&I and HR staff
