ROLE OVERVIEW:


The Engineering Graduate Programme provides hands-on technical, operational and customer-facing experience across various areas of the business.
This programme is designed to equip newly qualified graduates with the practical skills, business exposure and industry knowledge needed to build a strong foundation for long-term career growth.
Graduates will rotate through different departments, gaining exposure to technical teams, service teams, operations, customer support and internal business processes.
This opportunity is best suited to graduates who are technically minded, professional, people-focused and confident communicating with clients, colleagues and suppliers daily.
The programme offers cross-functional exposure, enabling graduates to develop both their technical ability and workplace confidence while building a future career within a practical, fast-paced business environment.


Minimum requirements:


Completed Degree, Diploma or Red Seal Trade (Qualification in one of the disciplines listed above).
Must be a South African citizen.
Based in Johannesburg or willing to relocate.
Strong academic record. Academic transcript is required.
Up to one year of post-graduate work experience will be considered.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and professional in daily interactions.
Reliable, accountable and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Duties and responsibilities:


Support technical, engineering, service and operational teams with daily activities.
Assist with technical problem-solving, project coordination, documentation and customer support.
Develop knowledge of the company's products, systems, processes and business operations.
Rotate across different departments to gain practical technical, operational and business experience.
Work collaboratively with multiple departments to understand how the organisation operates.
Communicate professionally with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
Participate in training, workplace learning and development programmes.
Contribute positively to team performance in a dynamic working environment.
Demonstrate flexibility by supporting different areas of the business as required.
Build confidence in client-facing, technical and operational environments.
