About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured English Language lessons.
Develop learners\' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, comprehension, and communication skills.
Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, assignments, classwork, and assessments.
Assess learners\' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Encourage learners to communicate confidently and effectively.
Use creative and learner-centred teaching strategies to make lessons engaging and impactful.
Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
Support learners with different abilities and learning needs.
Integrate appropriate technology and modern teaching strategies into classroom instruction.
Work collaboratively with other educators and contribute to the school\'s academic programmes.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree or NCE in English Language, Education, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a reputable school.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong knowledge of the relevant English Language curriculum.
Excellent classroom management and lesson delivery skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to develop learners\' confidence in speaking and writing.
Proficiency in using modern teaching methods and digital tools.
Passion for teaching and commitment to learners\' academic and personal development.
Ability to work effectively as part of a professional teaching team.
