A very good University degree. (Master's Degree is an added advantage)
Must have a very good grasp of their subject content
Must be Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good understanding and use of the internet.
Certifications in the British Curriculum are an added advantage.
