Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
Minimum of 1 - 2 years teaching experience in an elementary/primary school
Strong subject knowledge in English
Good classroom management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to differentiate instruction for varying learning abilities
Proficiency in using teaching aids and basic technology tools
A patient, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching children
Added Advantage
Experience working with children with diverse learning needs
TRCN Certified
Training or certification in phonics (for English teachers)
Familiarity with activity-based or inquiry-based learning approaches
