Skills & Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree in English, English Literature, Linguistics, Education (English), or a related field from a recognized institution.
A valid Teaching Certificate or registration with the relevant professional body (where applicable).
Proven experience teaching IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Cambridge English or other international English proficiency examinations.
At least 2 years of teaching experience in a college, TVET, or secondary school environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in English grammar, writing, speaking, listening, and reading instruction.
Experience preparing students for national or international English examinations is an added advantage.
High level of professionalism, integrity, reliability, and commitment to academic excellence.
Ability to mentor, motivate, and support learners from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds.
Flexibility to work as per the institution's schedule.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
