Enrolled Nurses Specialist | Surgical ICU at Life Healthcare

A vacancy exists for an Enrolled Nurse Specialist based at Life St. Dominic's Hospital, reporting to Nithin Scaria, Unit Manager. The successful candidate will contribute to the effective functioning and co-ordination of the ward and ensure quality nursing care to all patients.


Critical Outputs


Conduct duties to meet the requirements of quality patient care, ensuring that all nursing activities carried out comply with SANC regulations, relevant legislations and Life Healthcare policies and procedures.
In-service training and continued education of patients.
Maintaining excellent patient and customer care in accordance with Life Healthcare and client service standards.
Ensuring cost-efficiency regarding stock and other facilities
Build effective relationships with patients, doctors and other medical personnel to ensure quality patient care


Requirements


Qualification as an Enrolled Nurse
Registration with SANC
Ability to work shifts according to the operational requirements of the hospital
Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage
Computer proficiency would be an advantage
