Responsibilities
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
Present products to prospective clients
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
Provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.
Generate and keep prospective client database updated
Make cold calls for new business leads
Support in writing new business proposals
Maintain high knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
Qualifications
Possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and can engage with stakeholders at all levels
Strong desire and business acumen
Previous sales and account management experience
Previous experience within the Software & Cloud services industry
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
