Job Responsiblities
Complete configuration, installation and support of equipment in a Microsoft Windows environment to the specifications of clients proposal
Maintain software applications, operating systems regularly.
Troubleshoot and resolve computer and telephony related issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support.
Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives
Respond to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors and etc. To also provide technical assistance and 5support.
Troubleshooting readiness log files
Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed.
Standard system administration duties including server install, System/Application install, Windows problem determination and resolution, log analysis, etc.
Knowledge Requirement
MS Enterprise Applications
Software applications Virtualisation technologies
TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP protocols and applications implementing them.
System administration and basic networking.
