Job Summary
The NaaS Enterprise Product Manager is responsible for the lifecycle management of NaaS products and services, including strategy, development, launch, and continuous improvement. The role ensures that NaaS solutions meet market demand, align with business objectives, and generate revenue growth.
The NaaS Product Manager works closely with cross-functional teams including Network, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management to design competitive enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute product strategies aligned with customer NaaS and digital transformation goals.
Identify market opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
Define product roadmaps and prioritize product initiatives
Product Development & Lifecycle Management
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of NaaS products from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
Define product requirements, specifications, and service features.
Collaborate with Network and technical teams to ensure successful product development and deployment.
Market & Customer Insights
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging technologies and customer needs.
Gather customer feedback to improve product performance and usability.
Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends.
Commercial Management
Define pricing strategies and revenue models for NaaS products.
Support sales teams with product positioning, proposals, and technical presentations.
Develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams such as CX, Network, sales, marketing, finance, and SCM
Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and technology providers.
Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives.
Performance Monitoring
Track product performance, revenue, and customer adoption.
Analyze KPIs and implement product improvements.
Manage product lifecycle updates including upgrades, enhancements, or retirement.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
Experience
5 - 10 years of experience in ICT, telecom, or technology product management
Experience in enterprise ICT solutions such as cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, data center, or managed services
Experience in product lifecycle management
Exposure to telecommunications or digital services industry preferred
Broad technical knowledge of managed data networks and associated services including NaaS, Cloud, Security
Strong communications skills, particularly related to articulating product strategy and commercial solution to both internal and customer management and decision makers
