Role Description
The Enterprise Risk Manager is responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies to identify, monitor, and mitigate potential risks affecting the organization.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Enterprise Risk Management to identify, assess, and mitigate organizational risks effectively
Strong Finance and Financial Services knowledge with experience in risk assessment within the financial industry
Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating complex scenarios and providing data-driven recommendations
Expertise in Regulatory Compliance to ensure adherence to local and international industry regulations and standards
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or professional certification preferred)
Proficiency in risk management tools and financial software
Experience in the financial sector is a strong advantage
