Job Summary
The Enterprise Sales Manager (FMCG & Manufacturing) is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving B2B adoption of Collecta's core enterprise applications. You will target high-volume manufacturing firms and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) chains where liquidity and distribution speed are paramount, but where manual operations create critical bottlenecks. Your primary mission is to sell Collecta's suite of API-driven automated financial and physical access ecosystems to replace "human-in-the-middle" manual ledger postings with data-rich, straight-through processing.
Key Requirements & Core Competencies
B2B Technical Sales Acumen: Proven ability to navigate complex corporate sales cycles, pitch API-driven workflows, and handle deep technical conversations surrounding containerized cloud webhooks and automated routing tracks.
Enterprise Software Familiarity: Prior experience or deep familiarity with financial technology architectures, corporate payment switching environments, or major ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Sage).
C-Suite Negotiation: Advanced commercial negotiation skills required to close high-ticket contracts, structure implementation fees, and define revenue-sharing percentages from transaction margins with Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and Supply Chain Directors.
Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines as they relate to corporate data privacy, transaction metadata retention, and identity verification.

Educational Background
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related commercial/technical field.
Added Advantage: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Project Management, Certified Sales Executive) or an MBA/Master's degree in Strategic Management or Logistics.
Experience Parameters
Sector Experience: A minimum of 4 to 8 years of progressive experience in high-ticket B2B enterprise sales, account management, or trade marketing—with a mandatory focus on selling software, FinTech, corporate banking solutions, or technical infrastructure into the FMCG or Manufacturing sectors.
Proven Track Record: Concrete history of independently executing corporate outreach, securing high-value accounts, and meeting or exceeding strict value-and-volume commercial targets.
Network & Mobility: Existing relationships with key players, distributors, and executives within the Nigerian manufacturing and FMCG space, paired with a willingness to travel for on-site executive partner engagements.
