In this role, you'll be an Implementation team member. You will oversee the implementation of the Retailpay ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Configure and customize ERP software to suit specific business processes and workflow. Manage data within the ERP system , ensuring accuracy, security and accessibility.
Job Description
ERP Implementation & Support; participate in the full lifecycle of ERP module implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
Customize and configure the ERP system to align with specific needs and business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ERP modules.
Business Process Analysis; Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes.
Identify gaps between current processes and ERP system capabilities, providing recommendations for process improvements.
Ensure that processes are efficiently integrated into the ERP system.
Client Engagement; serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the ERP implementation process.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the functionality and capabilities of the ERP modules.
Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their systems are optimized.
Project Management; Work closely with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage project tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Documentation; Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Work with senior and mid-level team members to aid the smooth implementation and roll out of the ERP system to the customers;
Ensure that you constantly consult and update the senior and mid-level implementation members during the process
Inform the teams on any issue raised by clients and with their help and guidance work together to device solutions to any arising issues or queries.
Business Development ;
Identify, develop and follow-up new business opportunities, understand their requirements and relay the same to the implementation lead to qualify them.
Data-mining, Cold Calling, Emailing, Using Business Networking Sites and Social Media to generate potential leads and build relationships with them to make them prospective clients.
