As an ERP Implementer, you will take a major role in the deployment and optimization of ERP system to enhance operational efficiencies. Responsibilities include analyzing business needs, configuring ERP solutions, and ensuring seamless integration and adoption across departments. This role demands strong technical acumen and effective collaboration skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Sound functional knowledge of ERP Products.
Hands-on experience of managing projects such as implementation of ERP or similar migration projects;
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, MS Project, Jira, or similar project management software.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an Agile development environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the Institution, including with senior management;
Ability to handle changing priorities, deal with ambiguity and use good judgment in stressful situations; ability to take on-time decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
