A reputable and fast-growing real estate development company is seeking qualified and result-driven Land Marketing Agents / Realtors to promote and sell residential and commercial land within the South Eastern region of Nigeria. Key Responsibilities
Market and sell the company's estate plots and landed properties across designated territories in South Eastern Nigeria.
Identify, prospect, and close deals with individual buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
Develop and maintain a strong client pipeline through field marketing, networking, and referrals.
Conduct site inspections, presentations, and property demonstrations for prospective buyers.
Negotiate and close sales while ensuring compliance with company pricing and sales policies.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support to encourage referrals.
Promote the company's estates through digital platforms, exhibitions, and local marketing campaigns.
Submit periodic sales reports, leads updates, and market intelligence to Management.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or other relevant discipline.
3 years and above proven experience in Real estate marketing, land sales, or property brokerage.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of property markets within South Eastern Nigeria.
Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.
Must possess strong networking and client relationship management skills.
