Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-
Diploma in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Land Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Professional certification and membership in a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in estate, property, or facilities management.
Knowledge of property management principles, building maintenance, and facility operations.
Understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and environmentalmanagement standards.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and property/facility management systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
