Job Summary


The Estate Manager - Telecom will be responsible for coordinating and securing access to residential and commercial estates for FTTH (Fiber to the Home) deployment.
The role involves stakeholder engagement, site access management, regulatory coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of fiber installation activities within estates.


Key Responsibilities


Coordinate with estate associations, landlords, facility managers, and residents to obtain access approval for FTTH deployment.
Conduct estate surveys and feasibility assessments for fiber rollout.
Facilitate right-of-way (RoW) permissions and internal estate approvals.
Schedule and manage site access for survey, civil works, fiber laying, and activation teams.
Ensure compliance with estate rules, safety standards, and local regulations.
Resolve access-related disputes or objections from residents or estate management.
Maintain proper documentation of approvals, agreements, and access letters.
Monitor installation progress within estates and report status to management.
Coordinate with technical teams (OLT, ONT, civil, and fiber teams) to ensure timely project completion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with estate stakeholders for future expansion opportunities.


Performance KPIs


Number of estates secured for FTTH rollout.
Time taken to obtain access approvals.
Reduction in access-related project delays.
Stakeholder satisfaction level.
Successful conversion rate of estates to active FTTH customers.


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3 - 7 years of experience in telecom deployment, preferably FTTH/FTTx projects.
Strong understanding of FTTH network architecture and deployment process.
Experience dealing with estate management, property developers, or facility managers.
Knowledge of Right-of-Way (RoW) and local regulatory processes.
