What You'll Do
Manage calendars, meetings, priorities, and follow-ups across multiple businesses
Coordinate communication with clients, partners, and team members
Draft and organize documents, emails, proposals, and internal notes
Track tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects using digital tools
Use productivity and AI tools to improve speed and efficiency
Support personal scheduling (including routines, reminders, and structured commitments)
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Who We're Looking For
Minimum 3+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant
Prior experience working with a Founder, CEO, or tech-driven company
Strong writing skills and excellent spoken English
Very comfortable with software and digital tools
Proactive and able to work without constant supervision
Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and highly discreet
Comfortable working with an executive who integrates faith and discipline into daily life
Tech & Tools (Experience with these is a big plus)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
Project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Trello)
Communication tools (Slack, WhatsApp Business, Zoom)
AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, automation or productivity tools
