Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO and DSI's calendars, appointments, meetings, and engagements.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, memos, and official correspondence.
Manage and prioritise incoming emails, calls, requests, and communications.
Maintain accurate and confidential executive records and documents.
Support the CEO and DSI in strategic planning, projects, and special assignments.
Monitor assigned projects and follow up with HODs and relevant staff to ensure timely completion.
Conduct research and prepare relevant information to support management decision-making.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, hospital events, conferences, and official engagements.
Act as a professional liaison between the executive office, management, staff, consultants, clients, and external stakeholders.
Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, logistics, and other executive engagements when required.
Track important deadlines, deliverables, and management directives.
Handle highly confidential information with discretion, maturity, and professionalism.
Support the preparation of management and strategic review reports.
Perform other duties and special assignments as may be delegated by the CEO or DSI.t
