Key Responsibilities
Manage schedules, appointments and meetings for executives.
Prepare reports, correspondence and presentations.
Coordinate internal and external communications.
Organize meetings, events and administrative activities.
Maintain confidential and documents.
Handle travel arrangements and logistics where required.
Support executive decision-making through research and administrative assistance.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience as an Executive Assistant.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
