Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle correspondence, reports, and confidential documents with discretion
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Oversee office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Conduct research and prepare presentations as required
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
Gender: Preferably male
Age: 30 - 35 years
Location: Must reside within Magodo, Ikeja, Berger, Ketu, or nearby areas
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspaceand digital collaboration tools
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
