Job Description & Summary


The primary objective of this role is to support client-facing staff and partners, especially during high-pressure situations with tight deadlines and competing demands. By maintaining professional and ethical relationships with senior PwC staff and client executives, the role contributes to a positive office brand image. This support allows leaders to focus on strategic tasks, thereby enhancing overall productivity.


Key responsibilities

Primary duties (non-negotiable)


Calendar management for partners and associate directors, aligning with their working preferences.
Meeting planning by arranging both internal and external meetings and events, ensuring flawless logistics and communication.
Finance management which includes and not limited to prompt accounting for advances, timely submission of timesheets for all partners and associate directors (on request), accounting for expenses, raising & dispatching fee notes and credit notes, creation of suppliers and processing LPO's on the system.
Proposal and reports by collating required documents, working with CMD to ensure correct branding and liaising with mailing room for timely dispatch.
Facilitate communication by ensuring timely information flow between stakeholders, reviewing and screening correspondences while maintaining confidentiality as needed, and properly filing documents in liaison with filing clerks.
Travel coordination for BU staff by processing visas, booking flights and hotels, preparing travel itineraries, processing travel advances, and ensuring airport or local transfers.


Practice Management


Coordinate refresher training on risk management and prepare an annual invoice schedule for payment review.
Coordinate and schedule internal training sessions for Learning and Education programs
Efficiently manage the budget, organize and plan engaging events e.g., away day, client breakfast, cocktail reception for clients and staff.


Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Secretarial studies/First degree in any discipline
Certificate in Project Management would be an added advantage


Experience & knowledge


2 years relevant administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience in general business operations
Understanding of management principles and office procedures
