Job Description
Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to Executive Management.
Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, briefs, and official documentation for executive use.
Coordinate meetings, board sessions, and follow up on action items and deadlines.
Handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
Support office operations, protocol management, and executive engagements as required.
Ensure effective communication, organization, and timely execution of executive directives.
