Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, book meetings, and resolve time conflicts.
Communication Gatekeeping: Screen emails, answer phone calls, and route messages for leadership.
Travel & Logistics: Arrange complex itineraries, flights, lodging, and expense reports.
Information Prep: Draft memos, format slide presentations, and compile meeting data.
Internal Liaison: Act as a trusted point of contact between the executive and staff or external partners
