Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities

Coordinate travel and logistics
Prepare meeting materials and track follow-ups
Support document and presentation preparation
Marketing & Content Support
Coordinate and schedule social media content
Support email marketing campaigns
Draft and edit content
Conduct market and competitor research
Support LinkedIn presence and content consistency
Operations & Project Coordination
Maintain KPI trackers and performance reports
Update CRM systems and track pipelines
Coordinate projects and follow up on deliverables
Track tasks across teams and stakeholders
Support reporting and dashboard preparation
AI-Enabled Support
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support:
Research and synthesis
Content drafting
Workflow organization
Data management and efficiency
Working Arrangement & Expectations
This is a full-time, office-based position, with attendance required Monday to Friday.
This role follows the U.S. Eastern Time Zone (ET). Depending on the time of year, working hours will be either 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Kenyan time) to align with U.S. Daylight Saving Time changes.
Employees are expected to work on Kenyan public holidays that fall on regular workdays, based on business requirements.
To meet operational and team needs, the successful candidate may be required to relocate if necessary for the role.
This arrangement is designed to ensure seamless collaboration with clients and team members while maintaining operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and planning ability
Clear and confident communication skills
Experience supporting senior leaders or teams
Ability to create structured presentations (PowerPoint)
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
Strong research and analytical thinking
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Preferred Experience
Marketing coordination or content support
CRM systems and pipeline tracking
KPI reporting or dashboard tracking
Project coordination or operations support
Experience in consulting or agency environments
