What You'll Do


Own calendars, inboxes, and priorities across time zones
Execute research and high-impact projects
Create presentations and executive-ready content
Coordinate with global stakeholders
Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively


What We're Looking For


Strong English communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive, resourceful, and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Mac, AI tools)
Available full-time (40 hrs/week), often U.S. hours
Fully dedicated to one role


Location & Setup


Must live within 80 km of the Nairobi Hub
Able to report onsite when needed
Includes 2 weeks onsite onboarding + ongoing training

Earn up to KES 90,500/month
