Key Responsibilities
Provide executive and technical support before, during, and after meetings.
Attend board and technical meetings, take accurate minutes, and prepare executive summaries.
Liaise with engineering teams and follow up on project deliverables and deadlines.
Review technical reports and proposals for accuracy and quality.
Manage priorities, urgent technical matters, presentations, and meeting coordination.
Requirements
3 to 5 years experience in a technical environment, previous experience in an assistant or junior Project Management role will be an advantage
Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong communication skills and excellent command of English.
Ability to work confidently with engineers and technical documentation.
Must be able to handle confidential information.
