Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support:


Manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments for the MD / VP.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
Organise meetings, conferences, and executive engagements.
Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the MD / VP.
Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and physical).
Track tasks, priorities, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
Uphold strict confidentiality in all business matters.


Sales Team Coordination:


Support coordination between the VP Sales and regional sales teams.
Track and monitor sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Ensure timely preparation for key sales meetings and presentations.
Maintain visibility on team schedules, travel plans, and strategic activities.
Develop templates and communication tools to improve team efficiency.


Marketing & Communication Support:


Act as the local liaison for marketing initiatives and campaigns
Manage digital platforms, including internal portals and social media
Support planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns
Coordinate internal communications and share business updates regionally
Assist with customer engagement activities and corporate events


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience, preferably within a technology-driven organisation.
Strong background in administration, coordination, and executive support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Experience in marketing coordination and social media management.
Additional language skills are a plus.
