Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Manage and prioritise the MD's daily schedule, arrange meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts
Communication Gatekeeping: Screen phone calls, manage incoming/outgoing emails, draft memos or correspondence
Meeting & Event Support: Prepare meeting agendas, set up conference rooms, take meeting minutes, track action items
Travel & Logistics: Organise complex travel itineraries, book accommodations, process expense reports
Reporting & Presentations: Gather data and draft professional PowerPoint presentations, reports, and basic MIS updates
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as trusted point of contact for internal department heads, clients, board members, and external partners
Special Projects: Oversee special administrative or operational projects as assigned by the MD
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as Executive/Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Outlook; proficiency in Financial Modelling
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High integrity and sound judgment handling sensitive/confidential data
Superior time-management, multitasking, and adaptability
