Job Summary


The Executive Assistant serves as the CEO's primary point of contact and "right-hand person," managing complex schedules, high-level communications, and strategic initiatives.
This role requires a professional who can operate with speed and independence in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.


Key Responsibilities


Calendar & Meeting Management: Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, speaking engagements, and stakeholder engagements.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO among board members, senior leadership, international oil companies (IOCs), and government agencies like the NIMASA.
Strategic Support: Track progress on strategic initiatives, prepare executive briefs, and ensure the CEO has all necessary background information for effective decision-making.
Document Preparation: Draft and edit high-level correspondence, board materials, and premium presentations with zero errors and advanced formatting.
Travel & Logistics: Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and associated administrative activities.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information regarding company operations, financial prudence, and legal compliance with the highest level of discretion.


Requirements & Qualifications


Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field from a reputable institution.
Experience: Typically 5 - 10+ yearsof proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably within the maritime, oil and gas, or logistics industries.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and digital tools like Notion or Canva.
