Key Responsibilities
Manage the General Manager's calendar, meetings, and correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documentation
Coordinate internal and external communications
Track key projects and follow up on action items
Provide high-level administrative and operational support
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
Strong educational background
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
