Role Summary
The Executive Assistant to the MD will be the right hand to the Managing Director.
You'll manage schedules, drive projects, handle communications, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You are organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced fashion/apparel business.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Executive Support: Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities. Ensure the MD is always prepared and on time.
Project & Task Management: Follow up on action points from meetings, track deadlines, and drive projects across Sales, Ops, Production, and Marketing teams.
Communication & Liaison: Draft emails, proposals, presentations, and memos. Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Operations Support: Support with vendor management, procurement follow-ups, retail operations, and event coordination as needed.
Confidentiality & Reporting: Handle sensitive information with discretion. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for the MD.
Problem Solving: Anticipate needs, flag risks early, and propose solutions before issues escalate.
Requirements
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàExperience: 2-4 years as an EA.Fashion/Retail experience is a plus.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
Skills:
Extremely organized + excellent attention to detail
Strong written + verbal communication
Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, Notion/Sheets
Good with people. Can manage up and manage across teams
Discreet, proactive, and solutions-oriented
