Key Responsibilities
Safely drive executives to and from the office, meetings, appointments, airports, and other destinations as required.
Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition through regular cleaning, fueling, and scheduled servicing.
Plan routes efficiently and stay updated on traffic patterns to ensure timely arrival.
Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate daily vehicle logs, trip records, and mileage reports.
Assist executives with loading/unloading luggage and other personal or office items.
Handle errands and official deliveries as instructed by management.
Maintain confidentiality of all discussions
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and experience.
