Key Responsibilities
Safely drive the Directors to and from various destinations, ensuring punctuality and comfort.
Transport executive family members when required, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Follow planned routes and adapt to changing schedules or traffic conditions promptly.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are in excellent working condition.
Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and fully fueled at all times.
Practice defensive driving techniques to ensure maximum safety for passengers.
Manage daily logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports.
Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Directors' movements, conversations, and personal matters.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service schedules with approved garages.
Assist with minor administrative or support tasks when assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Valid and clean Driving License.
Minimum of 5 years' experience driving executive families, VIPs, diplomats, or high-profile individuals.
Certificate in Defensive Driving is an added advantage.
Excellent understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical skills.
Strong communication skills and courteous demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high integrity.
Well-groomed, disciplined, and presentable at all times.
