Job Summary
The Executive Driver will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional driving services to the Executive (CEO) and for handling official errands and logistics duties during work hours.
The role requires a disciplined, punctual, trustworthy, and highly responsible individual who understands confidentiality, professionalism, and time management.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Executive Support:
Drive the Executive to and from work, meetings, official functions, and other approved engagements.
Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off at all times.
Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and discretion while on duty.
Remain available and on standby during official outings until duties are concluded.
Official Errands & Logistics:
Carry out official running-around duties during work hours, including document deliveries, pickups, bank errands, office-related logistics, and other assigned tasks.
Perform inter-state trips when the need arise
Assist with transportation of official items, packages, or equipment as required.
Ensure all errands are completed promptly, accurately, and responsibly.
Vehicle Care & Maintenance:
Keep the assigned vehicle clean, neat, and roadworthy at all times.
Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, and cleanliness).
Ensure timely servicing, maintenance, and renewal of vehicle documents.
Promptly report any faults, damages, or maintenance needs.
Safety & Compliance:
Drive responsibly and strictly obey traffic laws and road regulations.
Ensure the safety of the Executive, passengers, and items at all times.
Avoid reckless driving, phone use while driving, or unsafe conduct.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding movements, conversations, and official matters.
Expected Conduct & Work Ethics:
Must resume promptly at 7:30 AM daily without excuses.
Must be respectful, calm, and well-mannered.
Must follow instructions strictly and carry out assignments diligently.
Any form of negligence, misconduct, dishonesty, or repeated lateness will attract disciplinary action.
Performance & Discipline:
Performance will be monitored regularly.
Failure to meet expectations may result in warnings, sanctions, or termination.
Confidentiality breaches or gross misconduct may lead to immediate dismissal.
Work Schedule & Hours
Resumption Time: 7:30 AM daily at the CEO's residence
Closing Time: 6:00 PM (after safely dropping the Executive back home)
Work Days:
Monday to Saturday (as determined by management)
Flexibility may be required based on official engagements.
