Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Driver to provide transportation services for company personnel, executives, and official assignments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely transportation, maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, and adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport company staff, executives, clients, and visitors to designated locations.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to assigned schedules.
Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any faults, damages, or maintenance needs promptly.
Monitor fuel levels and ensure the vehicle is adequately fueled at all times.
Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
Assist with the delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and other company items when required.
Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and executive movements.
Support other administrative or logistics-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education:
Minimum of Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
Experience:
2 - 5 years of proven driving experience in a corporate, executive, or similar environment.
Skills and Competencies:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Defensive driving certification is an added advantage.
Experience driving senior executives or management personnel.
Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning.
Working Conditions:
May require occasional overtime, weekend work, or travel depending on business needs.
Must be physically fit and able to sit for extended periods while driving.
