Job Description


Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth daily food production and service delivery.
Design and develop menus, including seasonal offerings, special promotions, and signature dishes aligned with the brand's vision.
Maintain high food quality standards, ensuring taste, presentation, and consistency meet organizational expectations.
Oversee food cost control, budgeting, portion control, and inventory management to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering teamwork, discipline, and professional growth.
Monitor kitchen equipment and maintenance needs, coordinating repairs or replacements when necessary.
Collaborate with management on pricing strategies, special events, and business development initiatives.
Manage supplier relationships, source quality ingredients, and negotiate pricing for cost efficiency.
Handle customer feedback regarding food quality, ensuring prompt resolution of complaints and continuous improvement.
