We are seeking a smart, organized, reliable, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant / Operations Support Officer to provide administrative, coordination, logistics, and follow-up support to the CEO across multiple business engagements. The ideal candidate will help improve daily efficiency, manage schedules, track tasks, coordinate logistics, support procurement, and ensure timely follow-up on operational matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, meetings, and reminders
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-up items across multiple business engagements
Follow up with clients, staff, vendors, artisans, and partners as directed
Assist with procurement, quotations, logistics, and delivery coordination
Support monitoring of project activities and report progress/issues
Draft routine messages, emails, and meeting summaries
Organize files, records, receipts, quotations, and project documents
Provide daily and weekly status updates to the CEO
Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good written and verbal communication
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Ability to follow through and work with minimal supervision
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and calendars
Ability to coordinate vendors, artisans, and logistics effectively
Based in Ibadan
Prior PA, admin, operations, or coordination experience is an advantage
